Industries for the Blind and Visually Impaired isn’t offering just another sales gig. This is the one where you actually sell something that matters — real impact, real results. You’ll generate new sales, hunt down and close leads, and build a pipeline of new business, but instead of doing it for a SaaS tool or subscription box, you’re helping a nonprofit scale and make a difference.

We’re building something here, and we need someone like you — someone who knows how to run their own territory, chase opportunity, and close like a pro. You’ll own the entire Western US region and spend 90% of your time prospecting, pitching, and landing new partners. No micromanaging — just you doing what you do best.

A Day in the Life: You’re on your laptop in our West Allis office, preparing your morning pitch, delivering calls, and engaging with decision-makers excited to hear from you. You’ll handle proposals, pipeline updates, and end your day with a quick team check-in, a cold beverage, and prep for tomorrow’s wins. You’re in control of your leads, sales style, and success.

What You’ll Be Owning:

  • Prospect and pipeline building — finding and developing leads daily, guiding clients through discovery, demo, proposal, and close.
  • Driving growth — bringing in new business.
  • Cross-functional collaboration — working with ops, marketing, and programs to deliver comprehensive solutions.
