Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to close deals, exceed goals, and lead a high-performing team. This consultative role focuses on converting leads into clients, driving clinic revenue, and mentoring others to sales success.

With a stream of qualified leads, strong marketing support, and a proven sales process, you can build trust, close sales, and deliver exceptional client experiences across 400+ locations nationwide.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a consultative sales environment.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and leading top teams.
• Exceptional consultative selling, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required.

Responsabilités

• Execute established sales processes to achieve revenue targets.
• Manage all aspects of the sales cycle—consulting, closing and retention.
• Analyze sales data and KPIs to identify opportunities and improvements.
• Deliver product consultations to convert leads and educate clients on services.
• Promote treatment packages with persuasive value propositions.
• Seek client reviews and referrals to grow the business.
• Utilize financing options to ensure sales excellence.
• Coach and develop team members to reach goals.
