Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a consultative sales environment.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and leading top teams.

• Strategic thinking and anticipation of client needs with proactive recommendations.
• Ability to mentor and manage a team of two to five employees.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Strong active listening skills and adaptivity with systems and software.
• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute established sales processes to hit revenue targets.
• Manage all aspects of the sales cycle from consult to close and retention.
