Factory Direct Enterprises LLC, a major Ashley Furniture licensee, seeks a Sales Manager in the Hudson Valley area. You will lead, develop, and manage a high-performing sales team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and meet KPIs.

Expect a Home Store assignment across Poughkeepsie, Yonkers, Middletown, Kingston, or Mohegan Lake with flexibility for business needs. You will drive accountability, coach teams, and ensure consistent execution of sales processes while managing staffing, guest

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong ability to coach, lead, and drive performance through others.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute FDE’s seven critical sales leadership processes.
• Manage staffing levels to align with traffic and sales volume.
• Onboard and develop new team members; coach performance to achieve targets.
• Oversee the Ashley Proven Sales Process implementation and prospecting.
• Monitor store KPIs and guest satisfaction; drive sales across categories.
