Factory Direct Enterprises LLC, a leading Ashley Furniture licensee, is seeking a Sales Manager to develop and lead a high-performing team across Long Island East locations in NY. You will drive KPIs, guest satisfaction, and store performance while modeling accountability and growth.

You will oversee staffing, training, and coaching on the Ashley Proven Sales Process, with a flexible Home Store assignment among Farmingdale, Lake Grove, Patchogue, and Riverhead, NY.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Leadership experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Proven ability to coach, lead, and drive performance through others.
• Effective communicator with strong interpersonal and motivational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the sales team to achieve KPIs and guest satisfaction.
• Manage staffing to align with traffic and sales volume.
• Onboard and develop new team members; coach for performance.
• Maintain Ashley Proven Sales Process and build a strong customer pipeline.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and keep a guest-ready showroom.
