Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the sales team toward KPI targets and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee staffing, onboarding, and performance coaching.
• Ensure execution of Ashley Proven Sales Process on the floor.
• Drive store KPIs, keep a strong pipeline, and coach daily on the shop floor.
