Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 6–12 in-home closers.
• Attend daily leadership meetings and ride-alongs.
• Coach from real call reviews and field observations.
• Ensure adherence to the proven process across the team.
• Drive revenue through high-ticket home improvements.
