Job summary

Southern National Roofing is seeking a Selling Sales Manager in Columbia, MD. You will train, run leads for 30 days, close on your own, then lead a team of 6 to 12 in-home closers. The role rewards proven process execution with leadership pay and a clear path into sales leadership.

All appointments are pre-qualified by an in-house call center. You will travel to Charlotte, NC for paid training and build a high-performance team while maintaining a strict adherence to the proven process and weekly

Qualifications

• Proven in-home or high-ticket sales experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to travel to Charlotte, NC for training.

Responsibilities

• Attend daily leadership meetings.
• Lead a team of 6 to 12 in-home closers.
• Coach from real call reviews, not annual role play.
• Run team meetings and ride along in the field.
• Hold every rep to the process, exactly as taught.
• Build closers who can one day lead teams of their own.
