Job summary

Tallahassee CDJR, part of Morgan Auto Group, is seeking a Sales Manager to lead our busy dealership team in Tallahassee, FL. This is a fast-paced role that rewards initiative and results, with a culture built on integrity, teamwork, and professional growth.

You will collaborate with sales staff and customers, train and support the team, and help close deals while managing inventory and referrals to maximize profitability. EOE with strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Prior sales leadership experience; dealership experience a plus.
• Know how to desk secondary (desk secondary).

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the sales team and customers to develop relationships and bridge disconnects in the sales process.
• Build rapport with customers to establish a base of referrals to expand the customer network.
• Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing sales.
• Desk deals for sales professionals and take TOs to maximize deal potential.
• Help manage all other aspects of the sales department.
• Work with wholesalers to purchase vehicles for inventory from auction, off-lease returns & intercompany.
• Complete trade appraisals.
