Job summary

KnitWell Group, owner of Ann Taylor, seeks a Sales Manager for Store 1168-South Park Mall in Charlotte, NC. You will lead a store leadership team, drive sales, and deliver an omnichannel experience while coaching and developing associates.

You will onboard new hires, uphold brand standards, and balance selling with store operations. A hospitality mindset, strong customer service, and 1 year retail management experience are preferred; benefits include medical, 401(k), PTO, and bonuses.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail management experience (preferred).
