Ann Taylor is seeking a Stylist to act as a brand ambassador, providing personalized styling guidance and extensive product knowledge to help customers express their authentic selves. You’ll listen to needs, guide choices, and collaborate with the team to meet business goals.

You’ll engage with customers, offer Styling Appointments, and build relationships while upholding brand standards and delivering a seamless omnichannel experience on the sales floor.

About the role

As a Stylist, you act as the ultimate brand ambassador, providing personalized styling guidance that helps customers express their authentic selves. You'll share your extensive product knowledge, answer questions, and inspire customers with your styling recommendations. By truly listening to their needs, you guide customers to find styles that suit their multifaceted lives. You'll collaborate with your team to achieve business goals, provide personalized customer experiences, and support our always-inviting environment on the sales floor.
