Job summary

Sorting Robotics Inc. is seeking an experienced Sales Manager/Senior Account Executive to drive sales and manage key cannabis industry accounts in the US and Canada.

The role covers the western territory (Alaska, Oregon, Washington, California) with a strong emphasis on building client relationships and closing deals. Qualifications include at least 10 years in Sales/BD, cannabis industry experience, and proficiency with CRM and cloud tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales and/or Business Development.
• Experience in the cannabis industry is a must.
• Ability to use cloud based platforms such as Notion, Airtable, Slack, CRM, and be able to learn new systems quickly.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Agriculture or related field required.
• Cultivation, Greenhouse, Extraction, or other cannabis equipment sales experience is a big plus.
• Experience using and maintaining a CRM software solution.
• Able to travel 30% of the time.

Responsibilities

Sorting Robotics Inc. is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager/Senior Account Executive to join our team. As a Sales Manager/Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing key accounts for our robotic innovations in the legal cannabis market in the US and Canada.

Preferred: Must be comfortable with cannabis (preferred you enjoy it and have experienced it) as we manufacture robotic innovations for the legal cannabis market in the US and Canada.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Salary: $200,000 (On Target Earnings) + Equity + uncapped commission
