ARS-Rescue Rooter is recruiting a Retail Program Manager to oversee the in-store HVAC lead generation program across national home improvement retailers. You will lead a team responsible for promoting HVAC services, consultations, and indoor air quality solutions, driving engagement and lead activity in store environments.

The role requires hands-on leadership, training, and performance coaching, with 60–65% of time spent in the field.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of demonstrated sales experience.
• Prior experience managing retail teams or field sales teams preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Strong customer engagement and sales coaching skills.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, train, and manage team members in the retail HVAC lead generation program
• Manage daily and weekly associate performance, schedules, and activities to achieve lead generation goals
• Hold regular team meetings to train, motivate, and support retail associates
• Provide coaching, performance feedback, and leadership support to retail team members
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase HVAC lead generation and retail performance
• Spend approximately 60–65% of time in the field supporting retail associates and store partnerships
• Build relationships with retail store managers and home services teams

We are seeking a results-driven Retail Program Manager to oversee our retail lead generation program inside national home improvement stores. This role leads a team responsible for generating residential HVAC service and system replacement leads through customer engagement in retail environments.
