ARS-Rescue Rooter in Orlando is seeking an in-home sales leader to drive HVAC sales targets and coach Comfort Advisors to improve close rates. You will lead field coaching, participate in weekend operations, and support service teams with turnover coaching.

The role emphasizes data-driven performance, training, and accountability within a national service organization with competitive compensation and solid benefits.

Competenze

• 2+ years of in-home sales leadership experience (HVAC industry strongly preferred).
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid computer proficiency (Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus).
• Comfort with basic math and system sizing calculations.
• Strong communication and coaching ability.
• Goal-driven mindset with a passion for helping sales teams succeed.
