American Residential Services (ARS) is hiring In-Store Sales Lead Generators to represent HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores in Brenham, TX. Earn $18-20/hour plus uncapped commission; part-time and full-time options.

No door-to-door; you will engage customers, identify needs, educate about HVAC and plumbing options, schedule in-home appointments, and work toward lead-generation goals with paid training and weekly pay.

Responsibilities

As an In-Store Sales Lead Generator, you will:

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.

**Hours worked must be PRODUCTIVE hours-generating appointments each shift. Hours are managed accordingly

Qualifications

You don't need HVAC experience to be successful. We are looking for people who are:

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers
• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts
• Weekend and some holiday availability
• Reliable transportation
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
• Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law
