Zusammenfassung

Evolution Hospitality is seeking a Sales Manager for Marquette Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton in downtown Minneapolis. You will lead strategic outreach, build client relationships, and drive revenue across Leisure, SMERF, Business Travel, and Group segments.

Partner with the Director of Sales to maximize visits, tours, and client engagements. The role emphasizes professionalism, city-networking, and adherence to Aimbridge/Hospitality standards, with overtime eligibility for this manager

Qualifikationen

High School diploma or equivalent required; hotel sales experience a plus; valid driver’s license.

Aufgaben

Drive results by meeting sales and revenue goals and call targets.
Proactively solicit new accounts and lead sales tours with clients from Leisure, SMERF, Business Travel, and Group segments.
Grow and nurture existing accounts across all segments with attentive service.
Monitor market trends and respond to evolving opportunities.
Represent the hotel professionally in the local community and industry groups; adhere to standards and regulations.
Develop knowledge of hotel operations and participate in meetings, promotions, and functions.
