Job summary

HHM Hotels seeks a Sales Manager in Minnesota to lead account growth and maximize revenue across all hotel facets. You will interview, select, train, coach and support sales staff while building strong client relationships and delivering compelling presentations.

The role involves local travel, coordination with departments, representing the property at events, and upholding HHM’s EarthView sustainability guidelines as part of everyday practice.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales and hospitality sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interview, select, train, schedule, coach and support associates to meet brand standards.
• Maximize revenue by selling all facets of the hotel to past and potential clients.
• Negotiate terms to satisfy customer requirements.
• Manage accounts and document solicitation and closing activities.
• Coordinate departments' participation in servicing accounts.
• Maintain relationships with key accounts to grow revenue.
• Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations to clients.
• Travel locally for outside calls and attend trade shows.
• Follow EarthView sustainability guidelines.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
