What you will be doingAltria Group Distribution Company is seeking a qualified Sales Manager to join our Field Sales Force. As a Sales Manager with Altria, you'll influence our industry in a dynamic landscape. The role involves managing an assigned sales territory, averaging $15 million in annual revenue, with about 130 retail accounts, in a non-commission environment. After completing our comprehensive sales training, Sales Managers will be empowered to:
- Handle sales and distribution within a specific geography, including merchandising as needed
- Promote company initiatives to retail partners, such as promotions, new brands, inventory management, and pricing strategies
- Consult with retail partners on category management and business analytics to enhance their performance
- Develop innovative strategies for business improvement through data analysis, brand marketing, and strategic planning
- Use systems to track and analyze progress against marketing initiatives and business metrics
- Enhance leadership skills through ongoing training and impactful experiences

Additional InformationCandidates must have a valid U.S. driver's license in good standing for the past 3 years, with no recent DUI/DWI convictions.
