Job summary

Champions Social Club in Dallas is seeking a Sales Manager to drive revenue across dining, events, poker, and club experiences. You will develop new business, strengthen relationships, and secure group, corporate, and leisure bookings that maximize revenue and showcase Champions’ offerings.

The ideal candidate is relationship-driven with a track record in hotel or group sales, capable of leading initiatives, negotiating contracts, and building lasting partnerships within the local community.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in hotel sales or group sales management.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite, and event management software.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new social, corporate, and group business opportunities for social club and poker segments.
• Lead sales across group, leisure, and market segments.
• Conduct sales calls, presentations, and site inspections.
• Qualify leads and convert inquiries into group bookings.
• Develop partnerships within the Dallas community and with vendors to support events.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth execution of group bookings and events.
