Flow is seeking a Sales Manager (Leasing) in Miami to implement a leasing strategy and maximize residential rental income. You will lead leasing specialists, review market conditions, and coordinate rents and concessions with the Community Manager and Asset Manager.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years as a Class A multifamily leasing manager or 5+ years in multifamily high-rise leasing, with strong communication and MS Office skills.

The Sales Manager (Leasing) is responsible for implementing a leasing strategy to maximize residential rental income. They will manage a team of leasing specialists to verify that the leasing strategy is being executed to plan and ensure that all leads are being fielded in a timely manner. This role will perform and communicate local market research to guide rental rates and concession offerings, as well as prepare all advertising materials needed with the assistance of the Community Manager. The Sales Manager (Leasing) will report directly to the Regional Leasing Manager.
