Job summary

Champion Window is seeking a Sales Manager in Cincinnati to lead and grow a team of factory sales representatives, drive sales performance, and collaborate with the Division Manager on strategies. The role blends leadership with hands-on selling activity, including meetings and ride-alongs to model best practices.

You will recruit, onboard, and develop talent, oversee training, and push for measurable improvements in lead generation and results. A strong customer focus is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to manage and grow a large sales team. (In-home sales a plus)!
• Knowledge of and/or the ability to learn all Champion Products
• A strong focus on exceeding customer expectations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check
• Demonstrated success in leading, coaching, and motivating sales teams to achieve and exceed goals.
• Recruiting, onboarding, and talent development experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Factory Sales Representatives to consistently achieve and exceed sales performance goals.
• Actively recruit, onboard, and develop new sales representatives, ensuring early and sustained success.
• Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and field ride-alongs to model best practices and provide constructive coaching.
• Drive a culture of self-generated lead activity, ensuring team members take ownership for creating new opportunities and are held accountable for achieving lead generation expectations.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify gaps, and implement individualized development plans to drive improvement.
• Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and customer-first focus across the team.
• Recognize and celebrate achievements to reinforce a winning, team-oriented environment.
• Serve as a role model for professionalism, customer engagement, and ethical sales practices.
