Job summary

Metlok Lifetime Roofing in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and grow a high-performing sales team. You will coach, ride-alongs, recruit, train, and manage your own book of business while expanding the team's pipeline.

Expect base salary of $75,000 to $100,000 with total earnings potential over $300,000, plus a monthly volume bonus and full benefits. This is hands-on leadership with field activity and direct access to the President.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales leadership experience in roofing or related industry.
• Proven ability to coach, motivate, and hold a team accountable.
• Strong communication and presentation skills required.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, motivate, and maintain a successful sales team.
• Establish accountability and coach team members toward goals.
• Conduct ride-along appointments to improve performance and provide hands-on coaching.
• Maintain your own book of business while helping the team develop theirs.
• Create agendas and lead weekly sales meetings on process, product knowledge, and development.
• Recruit, screen, and interview sales professionals to strengthen the team.
• Track team metrics and report results to leadership.
• Support team in the field via phone, text, and email as needed.
