Job summary

The role requires 3–5 years in sales leadership within roofing or construction, with strong CRM and negotiation skills. Expect coordination with operations and leadership to sustain high customer satisfaction and growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of sales management experience in roofing or construction.
• Strong knowledge of residential and commercial roofing systems.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a successful sales team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, onboard, and train new sales representatives.
• Coach and mentor staff to improve performance and close rates.
• Conduct field coaching and performance evaluations.
• Set sales goals for individuals and the team.
• Review proposals, estimates, and contracts.
• Monitor pipeline and forecast revenue.
• Maintain client relationships with builders, property managers, contractors.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting.
