We're Hiring: Sales Manager – Municipal & Industrial Water Treatment Solutions

Location: Remote (Anywhere in the U.S., ideally near a major airport)

We're looking for a Sales Manager to drive business development efforts for high-performance water and wastewater treatment solutions. You'll be targeting industries like desalination, mining, power generation, oil & gas, and food & beverage, delivering impactful solutions to both public utilities and EPCs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute tailored sales strategies targeting municipal and industrial markets across the Americas.
  • Identify and close high-value opportunities with EPCs and direct relationships.
  • Manage complex sales cycles, conduct needs assessments, and present custom solutions.
  • Build long-term relationships with engineers, contractors, and procurement leaders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Chemical, or Environmental preferred).
  • 5+ years of sales experience in water/wastewater treatment or capital equipment.
  • Proven ability to close complex, consultative sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and sales forecasting.
  • Willingness to travel within the U.S.
  • Competitive base salary and commission plan.
