Home Genius Exteriors in Charlotte, NC seeks a Sales Manager in Training to build a high-performing team and accelerate growth toward leadership. You will master our in-home sales process, close high-ticket roofing, siding, windows, and doors, and drive revenue while upholding top-tier client care.

The two-quarter program blends hands-on selling with leadership coaching, weekly pay, and structured mentorship to prepare you for a sales leadership role as the company scales nationwide.

Qualifications

3+ years of proven sales success in home improvement or similar industry.
Track record of generating $2M+ in annual revenue and elite closing rates.
Experience selling high-ticket products or services.
Strong communication, leadership potential, and competitive mindset.
Desire to grow into sales leadership and build a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

Master our in-home sales system and sell windows, roofing, siding, gutters, and doors.
Lead by example and set performance and culture standards.
Mentor and coach new sales reps through ride-alongs and trainings.
Lead team huddles, trainings, and sales meetings.
Drive team accountability and overall performance.
