Home Genius Exteriors in the United States is seeking a high-performing sales professional for a Sales Manager in Training track. This two-quarter program develops your skills in our in-home sales system and positions you to lead a team.

You will sell windows, roofing, siding, gutters, and doors, build revenue, and prepare for a leadership role through coaching and mentoring. Competitive weekly pay, uncapped earnings, and ongoing leadership workshops are part of the plan.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven sales success in home improvement or similar.
• $2M+ annual revenue generated and elite closing percentages.
• Experience selling high-ticket products or services.
• Strong communication, leadership potential, and competitive mindset.
• Desire to grow into sales leadership and build a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Master our in-home sales system.
• Sell windows, roofing, siding, gutters and doors.
• Mentor and develop new sales representatives.
• Lead team huddles, trainings, and meetings.
• Drive team culture, accountability, and performance.
• Assist onboarding and developing future top producers.
• Meet all Key Performance Bench Marks.
