Job Description: Sales Manager (Gujarat)
  • Achieve order booking targets as per plan
  • Develop sales strategies for the region and segment
  • Ensure profit margins as per plan
  • Develop new accounts in the region as per plan
  • Coordinate order booking through subordinates
  • People development and team management
  • Maintain relationships with consultants and key customers
  • Ensure compliance with sales processes
  • Evaluate competition and market information
  • Ensure smooth handover of orders to the Project Management team
  • Support team in advance collection and payment collection

Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Results-oriented with the ability to drive front-end processes
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Knowledge of HVAC is preferable
  • Educational qualifications: BE in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or related streams; BSc (PCM); MBA in Marketing is preferable
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales
