Job description

Preferred candidate profile :

  • Required a male candidate with Diploma/B.Sc./ M.Sc./ B.Tech/ M.Tech in food or Dairy science/processing/technology with 3 to 8 years of experience in Dairy or Food production(Specifically Sauce, ketchup, Mayonnaise and cheese) is required.
  • Proven experience in dairy processing and production, or food production particularly in cheese, ketchup, sauces and mayonnaise.
  • Must be a team player, required exceptional communication, negotiation and effective collaboration skills
  • Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of the latest trends and advancements in Dairy and Food Technology.
  • Strong organizational and attention to details skills required for maintaining accurate sales data and prepare comprehensive reports.

Role & responsibilities:

  • Arranging and conducting Trials, pricing negotiation, follow up on customer feedback, generating business.
  • Manage sales data and prepare daily reports ensuring accurate tracking of sales performance and trends.
  • Present monthly MIS reports, offering insights into sales metrics and strategies.
  • Identify emerging market trends and stay updated on new products and competition status, informing strategic decision-making.
  • Play a pivotal role in expanding market presence and achieving revenue targets by implementing effective sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine sales strategies based on market dynamics and feedback, driving sustainable growth and success for the organization.
