About the Role
Ridepanda is seeking a dynamic and visionary Sales Manager (HR Brokers) to drive our next phase of growth. This pivotal role will be responsible for leading our HR broker sales strategy, with a primary focus on acquiring partnerships with HR brokers and consultants like Mercer, Gallagher, WTW. Reporting directly to the founders, you will play a critical role in shaping our go-to-market strategy, and driving top-line growth.
This role demands a strategic thinker and a hands-on leader who can balance high-level planning with day-to-day execution.
