Job summary
Weed Man Lawn Care / Mosquito Hero is seeking energetic, customer-focused individuals for Mosquito and Pest Control Technician roles. You will service residential and commercial properties, applying mosquito, tick/flea and perimeter pest controls while measuring lawns, providing quotes and conducting lawn analysis, and engaging in field sales to earn commissions.
Starting wage is based on experience with overtime pay after 40 hours; benefits include health, dental/vision, 401(k) with employer
Qualifications
- Customer service oriented with ability to interact with clients.
- Willingness to train new team members and grow with the company.
- Ability to work 40+ hours per week and perform outdoors in varying weather.
- Valid driver’s license with clean record; driving is required.
Responsibilities
- Visit residential/commercial clients for mosquito, tick/flea and perimeter pest control.
- Conduct lawn measurements, provide quotes and lawn analysis.
- Perform field sales and upsell additional products/services for commissions.
- Carry out lawn care tasks and collaborate with team to meet service standards.
