Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking a Sales Manager in Sumter, SC to generate leads, close lease agreements, process renewals, and merchandize showroom floors to standards. You will lead a team, manage customer relationships, and collaborate with store leadership to hit revenue targets.

The role offers an hourly wage of $12.75–$13.50 with performance-based incentive pay, plus a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, health insurance, 401(k) matching, and more.
