Qualifications

• Previous dealership and management experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership with ability to train others.
• Strong customer service, communication, computer and basic math skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coach salespeople on closing deals and mentor to improve performance.
• Set sales goals, track progress, and lead the team to meet quotas.
• Assist customers in selecting vehicles by asking questions and listening.
• Perform professional vehicle presentations and demonstrations.
• Provide training support to sales staff and help close deals.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• - Coach salespeople on standard methodologies for closing deals and provide mentorship to improve sales performance
• - Set sales goals, track progress, and lead team to achieve and exceed those quotas
• - Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
• - Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles
• - Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals
