Job summary

Cintas Corporation seeks a Sales Manager to lead a team of Sales Representatives focused on new business-to-business account development. Responsibilities include hiring, training, motivating and managing Sales Representatives to achieve specific new business goals on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.

The majority of the Sales Manager's time is spent in the field with Sales Representatives and developing new business customer accounts.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Experience in recruiting, hiring and training is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and intranet/internet.
• High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, motivate and manage Sales Representatives to achieve new business goals weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually.
• Spend the majority of time in the field with Sales Representatives and developing new business customer accounts.
• Participate in a thorough training program and develop expertise in our company sales process.
