We're looking for a Regional Sales Manager to help grow our Enterprise sales team. Reporting to the Head of Revenue, you'll be responsible for working with your team of Account Executives, providing feedback, coaching and training to ensure quota attainment and overall account development. We are seeking a results-oriented, motivated, and thoughtful sales leader who is laser-focused on recruiting and developing a team that is responsible for capturing net-new business within your assigned territory. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for overseeing our Account Executives and helping them empower our customers achieve business outcomes.
The salary range for this position is $400,000 OTE (50/50 split) per year, which is location independent in accordance with our remote-first policy. We also offer meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options, and offer early exercise and a 10 year post-termination exercise window.
