Job description

Job Title: EMEA Sales Manager

The EMEA Sales Manager is responsible for managing and developing the EMEA team to achieve company revenue goals. This role requires a deep understanding of the software/SaaS industry and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships. You will play a pivotal role in setting and achieving strategic goals, fostering a positive work environment, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your key responsibilities include:

  1. Create and execute the EMEA Sales strategy in collaboration with BitTitan’s General Manager.
  2. Build strong relationships with channel partners, including managed service providers, distributors, and resellers. Collaborate with direct sales and distribution teams to onboard new partners.
  3. Host Quarterly Business Reviews with all managed accounts within the territory.
  4. Achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals for the territory.
  5. Work with Product Management to incorporate customer feedback into product development.
  6. Develop and communicate market insights to position BitTitan effectively in the EMEA region.
  7. Identify new revenue opportunities and expand existing relationships to maximize sales performance.
  8. Gain in-depth knowledge of cloud computing technologies related to our products.
  9. Understand and communicate all product offerings to customers.
  10. Demonstrate strong sales, technical, and communication skills with a consultative approach.
  11. Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to develop and close sales opportunities.
  12. Escalate account issues appropriately to leadership with clear problem statements and solutions.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of sales experience selling to Managed Service Providers.
  • Prior experience selling Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace solutions.
  • Proficient in Salesforce.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
