Job summary

Per Mar Security Services in the Midwest is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager for our Electronic Security Sales team, covering Madison, WI and Rockford, IL. You will drive revenue growth, lead a high-performing sales force, and develop strategic plans to win new business while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires proven sales leadership, the ability to analyze performance data, travel across the territory, and mentor staff.

Qualifications
