Job summary

Per Mar Security Services is seeking a sales manager for our Electronic Security Sales team, covering the Madison, WI and Rockford, IL branch offices. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, leading a sales team, and building top performance within the assigned territory.

You will guide strategies, manage a dynamic team, and partner with cross-functional groups to ensure customer satisfaction. A relocation package is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of field sales experience and 3 years of sales management.
• Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and building high-performing teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in sales management tools and software.
• Ability to travel extensively within the territory.
