About Our Client

We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Sales Manager with at least 10 years of experience in electromechanical motion control sales. This fully remote role requires a strong sales leader to manage existing accounts, develop new business, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of motion control products, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to work independently while traveling to clients as needed.

Job Description

  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts, ensuring long-term relationships and repeat business
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the electromechanical motion control industry
  • Present and promote company products and solutions to OEMs, distributors, and key decision-makers
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, product development, and customer support) to meet client needs
  • Travel as necessary to customer sites, trade shows, and industry events
