Level5 Hospitality in Bozeman, MT is hiring a Sales Manager to develop and implement multifaceted group and meeting strategies. You will collaborate with the Area Director of Sales, Area Sales Manager, F&B Managers, and Sales Coordinator to ensure successful groups/meetings.

The role involves soliciting new accounts, managing deposits, coordinating catering, and leading the sales team to achieve revenue targets in a busy hotel environment.

Responsabilités

• Solicit new and existing accounts to attract new business, prioritizing guest rooms and meeting space.
• Handle account details so that all pertinent aspects of solicitation and closing are complete and documented. Coordinate various departments' participation in servicing accounts
• Prepare information for and meet with clients as deemed appropriate by potential business from that account
• Communicate both verbally and in writing to provide clear direction to all departments in the hotel to ensure high quality of service to customers
• Coordinate catering and properly evaluate profit margins.
• Create collateral, signage, BEOs, and menus
• Support the sales team by managing group files, organizing important documents, and ensuring timely collection of deposits as per contract due dates
• Participate in daily business review meeting, pre-convention meetings, training and other sales-related meetings as required.
• Perform any other job related duties as assigned

• Work is routine and repetitive in nature and may require strenuous physical exertion at times, including the ability to move objects weighing up to 50lbs.
