Responsibilities

Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Manager to lead business development efforts and drive revenue growth at Trailborn Jackson Hole. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strong client relationships, and securing group, corporate, and leisure business that supports the hotel’s occupancy and financial goals. The Sales Manager works collaboratively with operations and leadership teams to ensure exceptional service delivery while positioning the property competitively within the market.

ESSENTIAL
FUNCTIONS
Revenue Generation
  • Prospect, solicit, and secure new business for the resort including group, corporate, leisure, and event segments.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while working at a computer, attending meetings, or conducting client appointments.
  • Ability to walk the property and event spaces frequently when conducting site tours or meeting with clients and operational teams.
  • Ability to use standard office equipment including computers, phones, printers, and tablets.
  • Ability to bend, reach, and move throughout meeting spaces and hotel facilities during tours or event inspections.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with frequent interaction with guests, clients, and team members.
SCHEDULE

Hospitality demands a flexible schedule that may require extended hours as the business requires coverage including seasonality– on any day at any hour, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

PAY RATE

$75,000 + Quarterly Sales Bonus
