What you’ll be doing

You’ll be responsible for generating and handling sales for the company’s Beauty Division line of packaging machinery, through developing, generating and managing sales activity for beauty/ cosmetic sector customers.

Your day to day might look a little like this:

  • Manage and generate sales activity for large key accounts as well as small to mid-size customers
  • Executes the complete sales cycle from initial contact onwards
  • Creates and maintains strong working customer relations
  • Maintains and manages customer database and reports in CRM
  • Drives growing sales in expanding market

A bit about you

Ideally, you’ll be based in East/ West Coast USA and are willing to travel 60% of the time.

You’ll have 5+ years’ broad experience and knowledge of cosmetic processes and packaging equipment, bringing strong network connections and relationships.

  • Bring strong commercial experience, demonstrating an independent, results-driven work ethic
  • Understand business implications of decisions and display orientation to profitability
  • Focus on serving customers as the organization’s top priority. Understand needs, create distinctive value, and build meaningful relationships
  • Can identify and resolve problems promptly. Gathering and analysing information skilfully, developing alternative solutions
  • Able to balance team and individual responsibilities, contributing to building a positive team spirit
