Job summary

Aaron’s Family of Companies is seeking a Sales Manager to lead store sales efforts and ensure excellent customer service. You will generate leads, close lease agreements, and manage showroom merchandising to Aaron’s standards.

The role offers an hourly wage with incentive pay based on performance, plus a benefits package and opportunities for career advancement. Expect a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment six days a week.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old in the US, 18 in Canada.
• Requires a valid state driver’s license and compliance with the Company’s Driver Qualification Policy, including satisfactory MVR.

Responsibilities

• Build long-lasting customer and vendor relationships.
• Set sales goals and drive new business with marketing strategies.
• Maintain accurate service logs and coordinate with providers and customers.
• Assist General Manager with operational functions.
• Assist with deliveries when a driver is unavailable.
