What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and present the product portfolio
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met
- Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with key clients in targeted vertical markets
- Compile reports and conduct market research to support account growth
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 7+ years of sales and management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related discipline; Master’s degree preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proven project management experience and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software like Salesforce
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in semiconductor, datacenter, and/or batteries vertical markets
- Experience in a lean manufacturing or business system-based company
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead across multiple teams and geographies
- Existing relationships with clients in the relevant vertical markets
