G3 Enterprises is seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth in winery processing, bottling, and automation equipment across North Coast regions. You will partner with winery owners, production leaders, and winemakers to identify needs and deliver equipment solutions that boost production efficiency and throughput.
The role requires consultative selling, a technical understanding of winery workflows, and travel to client facilities.
Location: Remote, Pacific NorthWest Region
Responsible for developing and growing sales of winery processing, bottling, and automation equipment across the Napa County and Sonoma County (North Coast) territories. Partners with winery ownership, production leadership, winemakers, and bottling managers to identify operational needs and deliver equipment solutions that improve production efficiency, throughput, and winery operations. Through consultative sales and technical understanding of winery production workflows, the Sales Manager evaluates winery production systems and develops opportunities related to processing equipment, bottling systems, sparkling wine production equipment, and end-of-line automation.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree plus 6 years of sales, account management or winemaking experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of G3 sales or account management experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School Diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 10 years sales, account management or winemaking experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School Diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 9 years of G3 sales or account management experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.

Hiring Salary Range: $103,100 - $128,900
Actual compensation amount paid may be lower or higher to be determined by factors other than race and gender such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
