Job summary

Novakid is looking for a sales manager with advanced Mandarin to sell online English courses to Chinese clients and provide timely customer support. This is a remote role open to candidates from anywhere, including the United States.

The ideal candidate has English at B2+ and Chinese at C1/C2, sales experience, and familiarity with Intercom or similar tools. Experience in language schools is a plus, along with strong multitasking and care for customers.

Qualifications

• Advanced Mandarin proficiency (C1/C2).
• English proficiency at least B2.
• Sales experience in education is a plus.
• Strong customer service and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with Intercom and Corporate WeChat is a strong plus.

• Sell online English courses to clients via phone and chats.
• Promptly respond to inquiries from Chinese clients and provide customer service support as needed.

We are looking for a sales manager with knowledge of Chinese (Mandarin) at the advanced / bi-lingual level.

Duties:

• Sell online English courses to our clients via phone and chats

• Promptly respond to inquiries from existing Chinese clients and provide customer service support as needed.

Knowledge of English (at least B2, C1+ is better);

• Knowledge of Chinese - Advanced (at least C1/C2);

• Experience of working in a language school welcome;
• Experience of working in sales

• Experienced PC user;

• Ability to work with a lot of information;

• Prior experience using Intercom and Corporate WeChat is a strong plus.
