Are you looking for your next sales role in a fast moving, exciting environment and not to mention an award-winning team? The U.S New Business Sales team is dedicated to generating new business through new account acquisition.

About the Job:

The Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing a desk-based new business team that operates within the U.S. They will sell all Brightmine products and solutions to all client groups both public and private sector, from small to mid-market customers.

You'll Be Responsible For:

  1. Building and formulating a strategy for your team to hit target and then execute.
  2. Working to build effective MI and data to identify performance strengths and weaknesses.
  3. Working closely with the reward stakeholder matrix (SD’s, MD, product and technology).
  4. Improving penetration opportunities for sales identifying actionable strategies.
  5. Handling and interpreting previous and current sales performance data to evidence decision making around the pipeline, forecasting and strategy.
  6. Managing a team of sales reps to meet and exceed individual and team objectives.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelors' degree is preferred, but not essential.
  2. 8+ years’ experience in B2B SaaS or data solution sales.
  3. 5+ years sales management experience of managing sales teams, including demonstrating a proven track record. Experience managing first line leaders a plus.
  4. Experience leading, managing, and coaching a team to success. Experience working with global teams a plus.
  5. Strong analytical skills to drive data decision making.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The salary range provided in this posting is the base salary range for Illinois: $116,900.00 - $217,200.00.
