We are seeking an experienced leader eager to grow both personally and professionally within a supportive and thriving work environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in lead management, sales management, building strong teams, and possess aspirations to advance into a General Sales Manager or General Manager role.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet or exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance sales performance and increase market share.
  • Cultivate a culture of success and ongoing goal achievement.
  • Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics such as lead conversion rates, gross profit, and customer retention.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotions, advertising campaigns, and maintain a strong online presence.
