Responsibilities:

Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in automotive sales and management.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with dealership CRM systems and DMS software such as Dealertrack or Reynolds & Reynolds.
- Deep knowledge of vehicle financing, leasing, warranties, and aftermarket products.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive performance.
