Job summary

The role involves hiring and training sales officers, creating performance KPIs, collaborating with marketing, and driving growth by identifying new markets and strengthening client relationships. Travel may be required to support client engagements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a leadership role in sales.
• Background in developing sales pitches and processes from start to end.

Responsibilities

• Hire new sales officers for the sales team and train all sales team members.
• Create KPIs for monitoring the performance of sales team members.

• Create and manage budgets for sales officers related to travel and client presentations.
• Assist sales staff in generating leads and closing new agreements on the ground.
• Create and implement new sales initiatives to increase revenue.
