Job summary

Bath Planet in Spokane, WA is seeking an in-home sales manager to lead a growing sales team and close deals in the field. This hands-on leadership role means you will sell alongside your reps, coach in real time, and drive daily performance.

Appointments are pre-set and pre-qualified, eliminating cold calling and door knocking, so you can focus on selling, leadership, and team growth, with strong training and a proven sales system.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of in-home or high-ticket sales experience (home improvement, etc.).
• Proven closer with leadership potential.
• Strong communication and coaching ability.

$200,000–$300,000+ On-Target Earnings (Base Pay + Commission + Leadership Overrides)

About The Role

We are seeking a driven In-Home Sales Manager to lead a growing sales team while actively closing deals in the field.

This is a hands-on leadership position where you will sell alongside your team, coach in real time, and help drive daily performance. All appointments are pre-set and pre-qualified, allowing you to focus on selling and leadership—not prospecting.

No cold calling. No door knocking.

What You’ll Do
