Job summary

Bath Planet – Spokane, WA is seeking an In-Home Sales Manager to lead a growing sales team while actively closing deals in the field. This hands-on leadership role will have you selling alongside your team, coaching in real time, and driving daily performance.

All appointments are pre-set and pre-qualified, allowing you to focus on selling and leadership—not prospecting. No cold calling or door knocking. You’ll help improve conversions and mentor reps to reach high-ticket goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of in-home or high-ticket sales experience.
• Proven closer with leadership potential.
• Strong communication and coaching ability.

• Comfortable working in a performance-based environment.

$200,000–$300,000+ On-Target Earnings (Base Pay + Commission + Leadership Overrides)

About The Role

We are seeking a driven In-Home Sales Manager to lead a growing sales team while actively closing deals in the field.
